This application is set up by the National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance (INSEP) as part of the daily monitoring of high-level athletes registered on the ministerial list.
Athlete 360 ​​allows you to create schedules, enter instructions and exercises, and collect training, test and competition data.
Data visualization by athletes and coaches is then organized into dashboards from Athlete 360 ​​or its web platform.Monitoring the data collected offers the possibility of adapting training loads and recovery methods with regard to individual responses to the constraints of the implementation of the sessions.
